To see how stress impacts you: analyse your thoughts, emotions and actions when you are under stress.

Prepare a piece of paper and something to write. There are going to be four groups of questions.

The first step to improve your coping with everyday challenges consists of analysing the exact situations which you find stressful, and observing what happens within you in these situations.
