Take a sheet of paper and a pen.

  • Write down all the stressors in detail. If it is a relationship – name the person and describe what he or she does that makes you feel so stressed.
  • After making an inventory of the stressors, mark ten most influential.
  • Now make a hierarchy, taking into account their negative influence on you. Give no.1 to the most influential stressor and 10 to the least threatening among the 10 chosen stressors.
